Welcome to Adventure Biking Club (ABC), a brand operated by Adventure Wheels India LLP (“ABC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ABC website, booking platform, motorcycle rental services, riding gear and accessories rental, membership services, community activities, trips, events and other services offered by us.

By accessing our website, making a booking, becoming an ABC Rider member, participating in an ABC activity, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Important: These Terms are intended as a practical website/business draft. Because motorcycle rentals, liability, insurance, deposits and trip participation can have significant legal implications, the final version should be reviewed and approved by a qualified Indian lawyer before publication.

1. About ABC

Adventure Biking Club (ABC) is operated by Adventure Wheels India LLP and provides an adventure-focused motorcycle ecosystem that may include:

Adventure motorcycle rentals
Riding gear rental
Motorcycle accessories and luggage rental
Action camera rental
Bike delivery and pickup services
ABC Riders membership
Community ride-outs and events
ABC Explore trips and experiences
Real Drive motorcycle experiences
Bike listing/rental services for eligible members

Individual services may have additional terms applicable to them.

2. Eligibility to Rent a Motorcycle

To rent an ABC motorcycle, the customer must:

Be at least 21 years of age, unless otherwise specified for a particular motorcycle or service.
Hold a valid driving licence authorising them to ride the relevant category of motorcycle in India.
Provide valid identification and address documents requested by ABC.
Successfully complete ABC’s verification process.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Meet any additional eligibility requirements specified for the particular motorcycle.

ABC reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the rider does not satisfy our verification or eligibility requirements.

3. Required Documents

Customers may be required to provide:

Valid motorcycle Driving Licence
Government-issued photo ID
Address proof
Emergency contact details
Additional documents reasonably required for verification

All documents must be genuine, valid and belong to the person making the booking.

Providing false, altered, expired or misleading documents may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of applicable amounts as permitted under the rental agreement.

4. Booking & Reservation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

The required customer verification has been completed;
The required booking amount has been received; and
ABC has issued booking confirmation.

Availability shown on the website may change until the booking is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for checking their booking details, including:

Motorcycle
Date
Rental duration
Pickup/delivery location
Pickup and return time
Selected add-ons
Applicable charges

5. Rental Period

The motorcycle must be collected and returned according to the agreed booking schedule.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

If a customer expects to be late, they must contact ABC as early as possible. Extension of a rental period is subject to motorcycle availability and ABC’s approval.

A customer cannot assume that a rental extension has been approved without receiving confirmation from ABC.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be applicable depending on the motorcycle and rental package.

The applicable deposit will be communicated during booking.

The security deposit may be used, where applicable, towards:

Damage to the motorcycle
Loss of motorcycle components
Missing accessories or equipment
Excess cleaning charges resulting from misuse
Unpaid rental charges
Late-return charges
Traffic fines or challans attributable to the customer
Towing or recovery expenses arising from customer negligence or violation of the rental terms
Other legitimate charges arising from the customer’s use of the motorcycle

Any remaining refundable balance will be returned after the motorcycle and associated equipment have been inspected and applicable dues have been determined.

7. Motorcycle Handover

Before the motorcycle is handed over, ABC may conduct a pre-rental inspection covering:

Exterior condition
Tyres
Brakes
Lights and indicators
Controls
Engine and fluid levels
Chain and other relevant components
Odometer reading
Fuel level
Existing scratches or damage
GPS/tracking equipment, where installed

ABC may record photographs and/or videos of the motorcycle before handover.

The customer should inspect the motorcycle and report any discrepancy before starting the ride.

Once the motorcycle is accepted, the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of it throughout the rental period.

8. Return & Post-Rental Inspection

At the end of the rental period, ABC may conduct a return inspection.

The inspection may include:

Motorcycle condition
New scratches, dents or damage
Tyres and wheels
Mechanical condition
Odometer reading
Fuel level
Accessories
Riding gear
Luggage
Cameras and equipment
GPS/tracking equipment

ABC may record photographs and/or videos during the return inspection.

Any damage or missing equipment identified during the inspection may be charged to the customer in accordance with the applicable rental agreement and damage assessment.

9. Permitted Use of the Motorcycle

The motorcycle must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Customers must:

Follow all applicable traffic laws.
Wear appropriate safety equipment.
Ride within their ability and experience.
Follow the manufacturer’s operating recommendations.
Take reasonable care of the motorcycle.
Follow the route and usage restrictions communicated by ABC.
Inform ABC promptly about accidents, breakdowns, damage or mechanical issues.

10. Prohibited Use

Unless expressly authorised by ABC, customers must not:

Allow an unauthorised person to ride the motorcycle.
Use the motorcycle for racing or speed competitions.
Participate in illegal activities.
Use the motorcycle for commercial delivery or passenger services.
Use the motorcycle for stunt riding.
Deliberately abuse or misuse the motorcycle.
Modify or tamper with the motorcycle.
Remove or disable GPS/tracking equipment.
Tamper with the odometer.
Ride under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other intoxicating substances.
Use the motorcycle in a manner that violates insurance or legal requirements.
Sub-rent or transfer the motorcycle to another person.

ABC may immediately terminate a rental if it reasonably believes that the motorcycle is being used in violation of these Terms.

11. Outstation & Interstate Travel

Outstation travel may be permitted for selected motorcycles and routes, subject to prior approval.

Customers must disclose their intended destination or route where requested.

Certain routes, regions or uses may be restricted because of:

Road conditions
Weather
Legal requirements
Insurance conditions
Motorcycle suitability
Safety considerations
Operational limitations

The customer must obtain ABC’s approval before undertaking any restricted or long-distance journey.

12. Fuel

Fuel is generally not included in the rental price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The customer is responsible for fuel consumed during the rental period.

The motorcycle should be returned with the agreed fuel level. Any applicable fuel adjustment charge will be communicated to the customer.

13. Kilometre Allowance

Each rental package may include a specified kilometre allowance.

For example, a daily rental may include 160 km, depending on the motorcycle and package.

Additional kilometres will be charged at the applicable rate communicated at the time of booking.

The applicable odometer readings recorded during handover and return will be used to calculate additional kilometres.

14. Riding Gear & Accessories

ABC may offer helmets, riding jackets, riding pants, gloves, guards, luggage, action cameras and other accessories as optional add-ons.

Customers are responsible for:

Using equipment appropriately.
Taking reasonable care of rented equipment.
Returning all equipment in the condition in which it was supplied, subject to normal wear and tear.

Loss or damage to rented equipment may result in additional charges.

Availability of specific sizes, models or equipment is subject to stock availability.

15. Motorcycle Delivery & Pickup

ABC may provide motorcycle delivery and pickup services in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and selected locations.

Delivery/pickup:

May carry an additional fee.
Must be scheduled in advance.
Is subject to location and operational availability.
May be affected by traffic, weather, road closures or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.

16. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless a specific booking package states otherwise, the standard cancellation policy is:

Same-day cancellation	No refund

The cancellation period may be calculated from the scheduled pickup date and time.

Any transaction/payment processing charges or non-refundable third-party charges, where applicable, may be excluded from the refundable amount.

ABC may provide different cancellation terms for special offers, events, trips or promotional bookings. The terms displayed at the time of booking will apply.

17. Rescheduling

Customers may request a change to their booking dates.

Rescheduling is subject to:

Motorcycle availability
Advance notice
Applicable pricing
Seasonal demand
ABC’s approval

A rescheduling request does not automatically guarantee availability.

18. Accidents, Damage & Breakdown

In case of an accident or breakdown, the customer must:

Prioritise personal safety.
Contact emergency services where necessary.
Inform ABC as soon as reasonably possible.
Avoid abandoning the motorcycle unless required for safety.
Follow ABC’s instructions regarding recovery or assistance.
Provide accurate details of the incident.

Customers must not arrange major repairs, modifications or replacement parts without ABC’s prior approval, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.

Where damage results from negligence, misuse, violation of these Terms or other customer responsibility, the customer may be liable for applicable costs under the rental agreement.

19. Traffic Fines & Challans

Customers are responsible for traffic violations, parking violations, toll-related penalties and other charges incurred during their rental period where such charges are attributable to the customer’s use of the motorcycle.

ABC may recover applicable amounts from the customer or security deposit, subject to applicable law and the rental agreement.

20. Insurance

Motorcycles may be covered by applicable insurance policies as required by law and/or maintained by ABC.

Insurance coverage does not necessarily cover every type of loss, damage, violation or customer liability.

Customers remain responsible for complying with the rental agreement, applicable insurance requirements and all applicable laws.

Specific insurance coverage, exclusions and customer liabilities should be confirmed in the individual rental agreement before the motorcycle is handed over.

21. GPS & Tracking

For safety, security and fleet management, selected ABC motorcycles may be equipped with GPS or other tracking technology.

By renting a tracked motorcycle, the customer acknowledges that the motorcycle may be monitored during the rental period for legitimate purposes including:

Vehicle security
Recovery of motorcycles
Route/location monitoring
Fleet management
Emergency assistance
Operational and safety purposes

Customers must not remove, disconnect, disable or tamper with tracking equipment.

22. ABC Riders Membership

ABC Riders membership is a separate community membership offered by Adventure Biking Club.

Membership benefits may include:

Exclusive rental offers
Priority booking opportunities
Ride-out and event access
Community benefits
Trail Library access
Welcome kit and goodies
Partner offers
Other benefits announced by ABC

Membership benefits may change from time to time.

Membership does not guarantee availability of motorcycles, events, trips or any particular benefit.

23. List Your Bike

ABC may allow eligible members or motorcycle owners to list their motorcycles for rental through the ABC ecosystem.

Bike listing is subject to:

Vehicle verification
Documentation
Insurance requirements
Mechanical inspection
Eligibility criteria
Owner approval
Applicable platform terms

Listing a motorcycle does not automatically guarantee bookings or rental income.

Additional terms may apply to owners and riders participating in the bike-sharing/listing programme.

24. ABC Explore – Trips & Experiences

ABC Explore may organise motorcycle trips, ride-outs, expeditions and adventure experiences.

Trip-specific information may include:

Destination
Date
Duration
Route
Difficulty level
Price
Inclusions
Exclusions
Accommodation
Meals
Support arrangements
Cancellation terms

Participants must follow the instructions of the trip organisers and comply with applicable safety requirements.

Adventure motorcycle activities involve inherent risks, including road accidents, weather conditions, mechanical failures, terrain hazards and other unforeseen circumstances.

Participation is subject to the applicable trip-specific terms, declarations and waivers.

25. Real Drive

ABC Real Drive allows eligible customers to experience selected motorcycles for a longer period than a conventional short test ride.

Real Drive is subject to:

Motorcycle availability
Eligibility requirements
Booking confirmation
Applicable fees
Riding restrictions
Verification requirements

Real Drive does not constitute ownership or a purchase commitment.

26. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Keep their documents valid.
Follow traffic laws.
Ride responsibly.
Use safety equipment.
Protect the motorcycle and rented equipment.
Follow ABC instructions.
Report accidents or damage immediately.
Return the motorcycle and equipment on time.
Pay all applicable charges.

27. Customer Conduct

Customers must behave respectfully toward ABC employees, delivery personnel, fellow riders, partners and other customers.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour may result in cancellation of services or membership.

28. Website & Content

Information published on the ABC website, including motorcycle specifications, photographs, prices, availability and promotional offers, is provided for general information and may change without prior notice.

Actual motorcycle colour, accessories, specifications or equipment may vary depending on the motorcycle supplied.

The latest booking confirmation and applicable rental agreement will govern the customer’s specific rental.

29. Pricing & Offers

ABC may change rental rates, membership fees, add-on prices, deposits and promotional offers from time to time.

Any applicable price displayed at the time of confirmed booking will generally apply to that booking, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Promotional offers may have separate terms and eligibility conditions.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

30. Privacy

ABC may collect and process customer information required to provide its services, including identity, contact, booking, payment, motorcycle and emergency-contact information.

Information will be handled in accordance with ABC’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws.

31. Intellectual Property

All content on the ABC website and associated platforms, including:

Logos
Brand identity
Photographs
Videos
Graphics
Text
Designs
Website content
Original route guides
Other proprietary materials

is owned by or licensed to Adventure Wheels India LLP unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use ABC content without prior written permission.

32. Third-Party Services

ABC may use third-party providers for services such as:

Payment processing
Maps and navigation
GPS tracking
Communication
Insurance
Delivery
Accommodation
Events
Technology services

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

33. Service Availability

ABC will make reasonable efforts to provide confirmed services as agreed.

However, services may occasionally be affected by:

Weather
Natural disasters
Traffic
Government restrictions
Motorcycle breakdowns
Safety concerns
Force majeure events
Technical problems
Other circumstances beyond ABC’s reasonable control

Where possible, ABC will offer an appropriate alternative, rescheduling option or refund in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

34. Limitation of Liability

Motorcycling and adventure activities involve inherent risks.

ABC does not encourage reckless or unsafe riding.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ABC will not be responsible for losses arising from a customer’s:

Reckless riding
Violation of traffic laws
Misuse of the motorcycle
Failure to follow safety instructions
Use of alcohol or prohibited substances
Unauthorised use of the motorcycle
Failure to disclose relevant information
Negligence or misconduct

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

35. Changes to These Terms

ABC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with the revised Last Updated date.

Customers should review the Terms before making a new booking.

36. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, disputes relating to ABC services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
