Refund and Returns Policy

At Adventure Biking Club (ABC), we understand that plans can change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide reasonable flexibility to our customers while allowing us to manage motorcycle availability, preparation and operational costs.
This policy applies to confirmed bookings for motorcycle rentals and, where applicable, associated rental add-ons such as riding gear, luggage and accessories.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The refund applicable to a cancellation depends on the notice provided before the scheduled rental start time:

More Than 48 Hours Before Rental
If you cancel your confirmed booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the applicable booking amount.
24–48 Hours Before Rental
If cancellation is made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time, 75% of the applicable booking amount will be refunded.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Rental
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time, 50% of the applicable booking amount will be refunded.
No-Show or Missing Documents
If the customer does not arrive for the scheduled pickup (no-show) or is unable to complete the required document verification at pickup because the required/valid documents have not been provided, the booking will be treated as cancelled at pickup and no refund will be provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet ABC’s eligibility requirements and carry all required documents before arriving for pickup.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes you may want to change your riding date rather than cancel your adventure.
One Free Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their booking to a different date once per booking, free of charge, provided that:
- The request is made more than 24 hours before the original rental start time.
- The requested new date is available.
- The same motorcycle/package is available for the new date.
- Any applicable difference in rental price is paid where the new date/package has a higher applicable rate.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee that the motorcycle will be available on the requested new date.
Requests made within 24 hours of the original rental start time may not qualify for free rescheduling and may be treated according to the applicable cancellation terms.
Once a booking has been rescheduled under the free rescheduling benefit, a second rescheduling request may be treated as a cancellation or may be subject to additional charges.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking, contact ABC through the official contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Please include:
- Booking ID
- Customer name
- Registered mobile number
- Original rental date
- Requested action — cancellation or rescheduling
- Preferred new date, if rescheduling
The cancellation/rescheduling request will be considered based on the time at which ABC receives the request.
Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
ABC is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Important Conditions
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the scheduled rental start time, not the time the customer intended to arrive.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
- Failure to provide valid or required documents at pickup may result in no refund.
- Refunds are calculated on the applicable booking amount according to the cancellation schedule.
- Promotional bookings, special packages, events, group trips or other offers may have separate cancellation terms. Where separate terms are provided at the time of booking, those terms will apply.
- Security deposits are separate from cancellation refunds and are handled according to the applicable rental agreement.
- Refunds do not apply to charges that have already been incurred for services separately completed or consumed, where applicable.
- ABC reserves the right to modify this policy for specific promotions or special bookings, with the applicable terms communicated before confirmation.
Cancellation Due to ABC
If ABC is required to cancel a confirmed booking because the booked motorcycle becomes unavailable due to a serious mechanical issue, accident, safety concern or other circumstance within ABC’s operational control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative motorcycle or suitable rescheduling option.
Where an appropriate alternative cannot be provided and the booking is cancelled by ABC, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the applicable booking amount, subject to the circumstances and applicable terms.
